Baseline steps
Ⅰ. Setting/reaffirming your Quality Data goal
What is/was your goal for getting to QBNL?
Do we need to reassess that, or do we feel good about it?
Ⅱ. What is still a no on the Scorecard?
Choose some no’s to focus on as a group. Consider:
Which ones are the stickiest?
Which ones do not have a plan for getting to yes already?
Ⅲ. How will we get to a yes?
Use Flipcharts, stickies, or any other materials to methodically action plan each no. Some key questions:
What would a yes mean/be/look like?
What are the big tasks and milestones that need to happen, by when, between now and our goal date?
Are all of these things necessary and sufficient?
What do you think the impact for YYA will be in your community?
Considerations:
Try putting names and ‘by when’ dates on every task!!
Ⅳ. Reflect together
Look back at your plan:
Is this necessary and sufficient? Are these things the right things?
Where are young people showing up?
What do we need from AWHWA?
Does this make us excited?
